Our Story
GestioStaff was founded after years of direct, hands-on experience in London's hospitality and events industry — working closely with both clients and temporary staff across hotels, private dining, and large-scale events.
Over time, a pattern became clear. Traditional staffing models were letting both sides down. Clients received rushed placements with little briefing and no continuity. Workers were treated as interchangeable, with no real investment in their development or experience.
