Our Story
GestioStaff was created after many years of direct experience in the hospitality and events industry. Having worked closely with both clients and temporary staff, we saw first-hand where traditional staffing models often fall short—rushed placements, weak communication, and a lack of connection between the people delivering the service and the businesses relying on them.
We founded GestioStaff to elevate the customer service experience on both sides. Our goal was to build stronger, more respectful relationships between clients and temporary staff, improve consistency on site, and bring a higher standard of professionalism to hospitality staffing.
