    Whether you need one staff member or a full event team, we can help.

  • We provide event assistants, waiters, bartenders, hosts, catering assistants, supervisors, and event managers.

  • In many cases, we can supply staff within 24-48 hours, subject to availability. For urgent or last-minute requests, we would like to help you where possible.

  • Yes. All workers are:

    • Right-to-Work checked

    • Onboarded and paid via PAYE

    • Trained in hospitality standards

    • Briefed on conduct, uniform, and health & safety

    • Covered by appropriate insurance

    We operate fully in line with UK employment and agency regulations.

  • Submit a request → receive confirmation → create, manage shifts and approve timesheets via our client portal → receive a weekly invoice.

  • Short-notice cancellations may incur charges. These are clearly outlined in our Terms of Business.

  • Yes. All rates are agreed in advance and fully transparent.
