In many cases, we can supply staff within 24-48 hours, subject to availability. For urgent or last-minute requests, we would like to help you where possible.

Yes. All workers are:
Right-to-Work checked
Onboarded and paid via PAYE
Trained in hospitality standards
Briefed on conduct, uniform, and health & safety
Covered by appropriate insurance
We operate fully in line with UK employment and agency regulations.

Submit a request → receive confirmation → create, manage shifts and approve timesheets via our client portal → receive a weekly invoice.

Short-notice cancellations may incur charges. These are clearly outlined in our Terms of Business.
